About The Role
Reporting to the National Technical Manager, you will install, maintain and service industry‑leading equipment and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Installing and commissioning commercial and industrial laundry equipment
- Installing, servicing and maintaining commercial chemical dispensing systems
- Carrying out preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults
- Commissioning equipment and providing customer training
- Responding to service breakdowns throughout metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia
- Completing service documentation electronically
- Managing company vehicle, tools and spare parts inventory
- Delivering outstanding customer service and technical support
- Working safely and complying with all company and WHS procedures
This position involves travel throughout metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia,
with occasional interstate travel for training and project work.
About You
- Strong mechanical aptitude and fault‑finding ability
- Experience servicing, installing or maintaining commercial or industrial equipment
- A trade background in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, Plumbing, Appliance Repair or a related field (highly regarded)
- Electrical licence (desirable) or Restricted Electrical Disconnect/Reconnect licence
- Experience with chemical dispensing systems (advantageous but not essential)
- Current Australian Driver's licence
- White Card and the ability to obtain a National Police Check
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work independently and manage workload
- Basic computer and tablet skills
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Experience within the commercial laundry industry is highly regarded; full product training will be provided to the right candidate.
