Tyro Payments is seeking an experienced Account Manager in Melbourne to grow and manage a portfolio of medium and large business customers. You will nurture relationships, drive retention, and identify opportunities to cross-sell Tyro banking and eCommerce products.
Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, you’ll work with account admins, customer support, and financial teams to ensure timely, high-quality service and ongoing customer satisfaction.
