About the Opportunity

Talent Focus is proud to partner with a large, purpose-led organisation to recruit an experienced People & Culture Advisor. This is an opportunity to step into a true generalist advisory role where you’ll partner closely with leaders, support complex people matters, and contribute to meaningful organisational outcomes.

This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to work across a broad and diverse workforce. You’ll play a key role in delivering practical, compliant, and people-focused HR solutions, while also supporting recruitment and contributing to ongoing People & Culture initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Provide practical HR advice on employee relations, performance, and workplace matters
- Manage end-to-end casework, including conduct, grievance, and underperformance
- Conduct workplace investigations, interviews, and documentation
- Facilitate workplace resolutions and mediation




- Support fitness-for-work and complex case management scenarios
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment, from attraction to onboarding
- Partner with leaders to build capability and confidence in people management
- Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and culture initiatives
- Support delivery of a positive employee and candidate experience

About You

You’re a confident, approachable HR professional who thrives on building relationships and solving problems. You bring a balanced mix of technical expertise and emotional intelligence, with the ability to influence and guide leaders through complex situations.

You’ll ideally bring:

- Experience in a People & Culture / HR Advisory or Business Partnering role
- Robust employee relations and case management capability
- Experience conducting workplace investigations
- Exposure to end-to-end recruitment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or similar
