Responsibilities
- Deliver new products and strategies to market smoothly and efficiently.
- Successfully implement products and solutions to create the new business as usual.

- Manage a portfolio of projects that support strategy or strategic change initiatives with significant impact.

- Manage perks from initial identification and definition through to eventual realization and achievement of measurable improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong PM, PMO, or Business Analysis expertise within Payments and/or Financial Services.
- Experience in delivery of strategies and programs across the payments sector from initiation to benefit realization.
- Ability to align teams and stakeholders around a clear product vision, delivering customer‑focused value through data‑driven priorities and agile execution.
- Develop strong bonds with clients, serve as go‑to resource, and be sought out for industry knowledge.
- Identify new business opportunities and communicate to executives; may lead sales calls and new client development including proposal contribution.
- Analyze client’s organizational systems and culture for stakeholder/relationship map sales process.
- Effectively leverage subject matter experts to develop customized solutions for client.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, capable of directing workstreams across large multi‑faceted project teams.
- Strong writer, presenter and speaker; comfortable influencing at all levels in an organization.
- Use own initiative, develop solutions or adapt approaches to support delivery of objectives and benefits.
- Demonstrate authentic leadership and integrity, gravitas, experience of leading multi‑disciplinary teams in a matrixed environment; mentor staff, evaluate performance and provide feedback.
Education & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
- Strong Payments or Cards product or delivery experience.
- Experience with card migrations and other transformation programs.
- Professional accreditation such as Project Management Professional (PMP) desirable.
- Fluent in local office language and English required; other languages desirable.
- Comfortable with significant client interaction and interested in building relationships.
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required; knowledge of Project Management tools preferred.
- Willingness to travel.
