- Minimum 1-3 years hands-on experience with fleet management technologies such as Cat MineStar® or equivalent systems.
- Deep understanding of mining operations, applications, and productivity principles.
- Valid Australian Driver’s License.
- Ability to work effectively across cultures, organisations, and diverse technical environments.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to influence and resolve operational challenges.
Desired Qualifications:
- Advanced technical knowledge and capability.
- Robust financial and analytical acumen.
- Proven experience as a team member of complex operational projects.
- Ability to lead change, communicate effectively, and work independently.
- Experience developing or modifying operational processes and controls.
Top Candidates May Also Have
- Knowledge of Caterpillar machines, MineStar® applications, and dealer operations.
