Responsibilities

Work as part of a team delivering statewide coordination, governance and strategic alignment of Transport for NSW's development pipeline across all transport modes. This role will see you lead pipeline management practices, coordinate early‑stage project scoping, embed governance frameworks and drive data‑informed prioritisation that supports network performance and whole‑of‑government investment objectives.

You will build strategic alignment, lead evidence‑based decision‑making and drive continuous improvement in a complex, rapid‑paced environment with competing priorities, diverse stakeholders and a high‑profile infrastructure portfolio.

Qualifications

Your strategic planning, portfolio management and stakeholder engagement expertise, formed across transport, infrastructure, government, asset management, investment planning or major project environments, will see you excel in coordinating complex project pipelines,



balancing competing priorities and delivering governance outcomes that support informed investment decisions.

You are a recognised strategic and cooperative leader, skilled at translating complex data into actionable insights, building cross‑functional partnerships and influencing decision‑making at senior levels. Experience in program governance, prioritisation frameworks, strategic planning and assurance processes will enable you to bring a strong focus on continuous improvement, accountability and innovation to maximise the impact of infrastructure investment across NSW.
