Learn to Live Disability Services is seeking an organised Rostering Coordinator to join our Townsville team. You will create and manage daily and ongoing staff rosters, coordinate shift changes and fill vacancies, and match participants with suitable support workers to ensure smooth service delivery.
The ideal candidate has rostering or scheduling experience, excellent organisational and time management skills, and the ability to communicate confidently with participants, families and staff.
