The Salvation Army Australia is seeking an Education Support Officer to join our Lawnton school community. This part-time role (30.5 hours/week) supports students in classroom, small group and one-to-one settings to engage in learning and build confidence.
You will work with teachers to support Years 10–12 engagement, promote a growth mindset, and assist with behaviour support plans while maintaining records and contributing to a trauma-informed, inclusive workplace.
