The opportunity

With building maintenance management and trade skills, you willbring your experience to a rewarding role, supporting our customersresiding across our Albion Park and Albion Park Rail locations

In your role you will ensure all preventative and reactivemaintenance including property service related activities requiredare performed. Working within the legislative requirements,appropriate time frames and safety you will have a professionalapproach to a safe living environment for our customers.

The Role |What You’ll Bring

- Trade certificate or equivalent qualification, withexperience in Asset Maintenance
- Capable of functioning with a high level of autonomy, andprioritising your work within established policies, guidelinesand procedures
- Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, coordinate andcomplete various asset maintenance programs within a team andwork individually with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated commitment to a high level of customer serviceand meeting the needs of older people
- Demonstrated computer skills with sound knowledge ofMMS/CRM or similar data-based systems
- Well-developed communication,



problem solving abilities,interpersonal skills
- Current NSW drivers licence
