Join us in this full‑time permanent Sales Consultant role within the Maxxia team at MMS.

How you will make a difference in this role: you are a sales professional who succeeds in a phone‑based role. You may have sales experience in another industry. We have a great four‑week training program to help you learn about novated leasing. You want a good base salary plus a bonus structure with uncapped commissions in an environment that supports your career progression. This phone‑based role is located in the heart of Melbourne (CBD) for 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. During the first 3 months of training you will work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Responsibilities

Supported by a centralised and integrated CRM you will manage your monthly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), be given a monthly allocation of warm leads and also maintain your own portfolio and sales pipeline. You will work with our direct novated lease customers, assisting them throughout the end‑to‑end sales cycle.

Qualifications

- Success in a phone‑based sales role
- Experience and comfort working to clearly defined KPIs and activity targets
- Exceptional time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks according to timelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to overcome objections and find solutions
- Sound CRM,
