About The Role

- Provide world-class customer service experience to every customer.




- Continually expand your knowledge of products and become a tea and brewing expert.
- Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards.
- Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following T2 safety policies and procedures.

About You

- Acts with customer in mind.
- Ready to work in a busy and fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and ready to learn.
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous customer service or retail experience advantageous.
