What’s the role?

We're seeking Expressions of Interest from Relationship Managers and Senior Relationship Managers who are passionate about helping Queensland businesses grow and succeed.

Based in Brisbane / Mian-jin, Turrbal and Jagera Country, you'll be part of our Commercial Banking team, partnering with medium to large businesses across a diverse range of industries. Working full time, you'll build trusted customer relationships, gain a deep understanding of each business, and help deliver banking and lending solutions that support their ambitions.

You'll manage and grow a portfolio of commercial customers with lending needs typically ranging from $3 million to $50 million, while identifying new opportunities through referral partners, brokers and qualified networks. Working closely with credit and specialist teams, you'll deliver tailored solutions that create long term value for customers.

If you're currently operating at Relationship Manager or Senior Relationship Manager level and enjoy helping businesses achieve their goals, we'd love to hear from you.

What do I need?

• Experience within a Commercial, Business or Corporate Banking role

• Strong commercial lending, credit assessment and risk management capability

• Proven ability to build trusted customer relationships and identify growth opportunities

• Strong stakeholder management and networking skills

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline will be highly regarded
