The Care Manager is responsible for the coordination and delivery of quality clinical care to residents in accordance with contemporary practice. Representing a values-driven leading aged care organisation, you will work alongside an experienced Facility Manager and another Clinical Care Manager.
You will report to the clinical Facility Manager while also having the support of a close knit team of Registered Nurses and Personal Care Assistants.

Requirements:
- Successful completion of a minimum Bachelor Degree in Nursing
- Experience as a Care Manager in the residential aged care sector
- Working knowledge of Accreditation Standards
- Knowledge of residents rights, AN-ACC, care planning and assessment skills.
- Well developed communication skills and leadership skills
- Sound clinical knowledge and skills in accordance with contemporary practice.
- Current AHPRA Registration essential
