We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Operations Manager to oversee the functional operation of a hugely successful Real Estate group. This person will be a natural born leader, equipped with strong organisation, problem solving & analytical skills, and the ability to implement policies and procedures whilst making sure all departments across the business are humming nicely. This is a role which will command a high level of trust and responsibility, and genuine care and dedication to the team.

Day to day:

- Work towards achieving the business & growth objectives
- To be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of all core areas of the business
- To contribute to the development of organisational strategy, policies & staff
- To be responsible for compliance to all relevant statutory legislation and the Franchise Agreement
- To ensure accurate preparation of financial and monthly management accounts.




- Conduct performance reviews & 1-1's and make recommendations for improvements in conjunction with higher management
- Extra tasks as required which may depend on the successful candidates strengths

The Person:

- Desire to maximise efficiency of existing management systems and use this to drive performance.
- Have a strong understanding of Real Estate general Operations and have held similar roles previously.
- Hold a QLD registration certificate or License
- Robust coaching and leadership skills.
- Possess strong organisational skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
