About the RoleKoinonia Enterprises Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Field Technician to join our Western Australia team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the construction, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and testing of wireless telecommunications infrastructure across major carrier networks.
Key ResponsibilitiesConstruct, install and commission wireless telecommunications sites.Perform installation/ Commissioning of all internal equipment BB, routers, , combiners, RRUs, PSU, and BatteriesComplete integration, testing, troubleshooting, and site commissioning.Carry out maintenance and fault rectification on active network sites.Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with client specifications and company procedures.Complete site documentation, QA reports, and as-built records.
Essential RequirementsMinimum 5 years' experience in wireless telecommunications.Proven experience working on Telstra, Optus,



and TPG network projects.Experience in the construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of wireless telecommunications sites.Current Australian Driver's Licence.Valid Australian working rights (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or a valid work visa with full work rights).Ability to travel to project sites across Western Australia when required.Robust commitment to workplace health and safety.
DesirableWorking at Heights.Tower Rescue.White Card.First Aid & CPR.EWP and/or High Risk Work Licence.Experience with Ericsson, Nokia and Huawei equipment.
