What You'll Be Doing

As Venue Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operations and overall success of the venue by:

- Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing hospitality team.

- Creating an energetic, positive workplace culture where people love coming to work.

- Delivering exceptional customer experiences with every service.

- Managing daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.

- Driving financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, labor management and cost control.

- Overseeing stock control, ordering and supplier relationships.

- Maintaining high standards of food safety,



venue presentation and compliance.

- Leading by example during busy services and supporting the team on the floor.

- Building strong relationships with guests and becoming a recognised face within the local community.

About You

You're a natural leader who inspires those around you and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves.

You'll ideally bring:

- Previous experience managing a busy hospitality venue, restaurant, bar or pub.

- Strong leadership skills.

- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

- Solid financial acumen, including labour management, budgeting and stock control.

- A sound understanding of Australian hospitality compliance, Modern Awards and WHS requirements.

- RP badged

- Relevant hospitality qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
