Your new role

- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for every customer.

- Processing daily banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account enquiries.

- Handling cash transactions accurately and maintaining compliance with banking procedures.

- Assisting customers with banking products, services, and general enquiries.





- Educating and supporting customers in the use of digital banking platforms and self-service tools.

- Completing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.

- Working collaboratively with the branch team to achieve customer service and operational goals.

- Building strong customer relationships and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

What you'll need to succeed
