About The Role
Feros Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Workers to join our vibrant team at our Bangalow, NSW Village. We currently have permanent part time and casual opportunities available across morning, afternoon and night shifts.

What You'll Be DoingProviding personal care that supports residents' dignity, independence, and wellbeingAssisting with meals and daily routinesParticipating in meaningful daily activities that enrich residents' livesAccurately documenting care notes and reporting changes in resident needsBuilding positive relationships to help residents feel safe, supported, and truly at homeWhat You'll BringCertificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Home & Community Care,
