Car Park Attendant – 3-Month Contract

Location: Manly, NSW
Pay: $33–$40 per hour (depending on experience)
Start: Early August

Synergie Australia is seeking a reliable Car Park Attendant to join a community-focused organisation in Manly on a 3-month contract.

About the Role

- Monitor the day-to-day operation of parking stations to ensure the safe and continuous delivery of service
- Assist customers with parking enquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Carry out minor repairs and maintenance on car park equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe and tidy environment
- Proactively identify issues and opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery
- Complete basic administrative tasks and report operational issues
- Follow workplace health and safety policies, procedures,



and council requirements to ensure compliance

About You

- Previous customer service or car park experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable with a skilled attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Committed to safety and continuous improvement

Fixed Shifts

- Tuesday: 6:30am – 2:30pm
- Wednesday: 6:30am – 3:30pm
- Thursday: 6:30am – 2:30pm
- Friday: 6:30am – 3:00pm
- Saturday: 6:30am – 1:30pm
