About the Role

As an Educator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the service, delivering engaging, play-based learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Key Responsibilities

- Support and deliver high-quality, play-based learning experiences

- Implement and reflect on the EYLF in daily practice

- Ensure compliance with NQS and service policies and procedures

- Build solid, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

- Contribute positively to a collaborative and professional team culture

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Completed Certificate III of Early Childhood Education and Care





- Sound knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards

- A current NSW Working With Children Check

- Strong understanding of child development, health, hygiene, and nutrition

- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

- Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (preferred)

- Knowledge of Child Protection legislation and current Child Protection Training
