Work locations may vary depending on project requirements, and the role may involve working across different construction sites as directed by the employer.

Responsibilities

- Assembling, installing, and dismantling formwork systems for concrete structures including slabs, walls, columns, and beams
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans, and project specifications
- Setting out, aligning, bracing, and levelling formwork to meet engineering and quality requirements
- Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials accurately using appropriate tools and equipment
- Operating hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently
- Ensuring all work complies with WHS regulations, relevant building codes, and company standards
- Working across various construction sites and coordinating with site teams to support smooth project delivery

Qualifications





- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Formwork Carpenter or in a similar construction role
- Certificate III in Carpentry or a related trade (preferred but not essential)
- Sound knowledge of timber, conventional, or modular formwork systems
- Ability to read and follow construction drawings and instructions
- Competency in the use of carpentry tools and construction equipment
- Valid White Card (mandatory)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a safety‑focused attitude
