Known for quality workmanship and exceptional service, we continue to grow and we’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator / Scheduler to join our head office team in Gnangara.
Role Overview
This position is a key support role that ensures the smooth running of our office systems, scheduling and data processing. Working closely with the Operations Manager and onsite team, you will take ownership of the day-to-day administration, scheduling, and stock control for our busy branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Quoting and scheduling customer appointments with ServiceM8 both onsite and in workshop,
including mine-site machinery and vehicles and trucks.
- Invoicing and data processing daily using MYOB.
- Ensure freight is ordered and delivered to strict time frames.
- Booking medicals, LABAs and other mobilisation requirements for site technician.
- Providing administrative support to management as required.
- Providing general office administration support to other team members when needed.
