The Chance

We are looking for a Casual Medical Receptionist to join our Kedron urgent care practice. As a key team member, you will manage a busy front‑desk reception, welcome patients, support health care professionals, and perform general administration duties.

Key Responsibilities

- Greeting patients and welcoming them into the Centre
- Collecting & entering patient details into the database
- Scheduling appointments when required
- Answering telephone calls & enquiries
- Providing administration support and other ad‑hoc duties

Ideal Candidate

- Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service experience an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, including a professional & personable telephone manner
- Detail‑orientated




- Ability to multi‑task and prioritise
- Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage
- Ability to work as part of a multifaceted team and independently
- Neat and professional presentation
- Required to provide a Working with Children’s check, National Police check if not already obtained, and International police check where relevant
