ANC is seeking reliable owner‑drivers and fleet operators to support the upcoming expansion of Australia's biggest hardware store in Queensland across multiple vehicle types.

Location and Schedule

Location: Wacol, QLD
Start Time: 6:00 AM
Operating Days: 7 days per week
Availability: Minimum 5 days per week (choose the days that suit you)

Vehicle Categories

- Triple Rack Utes
- Minimum 2.4 m commercial tray
- Minimum 900 kg payload

- Triple Rack 2T Flatbeds

- Minimum 3.0 m tray
- Minimum 1,400 kg payload

- 8–12 Pallet Tautliners with Full Tail Lift
- Crane Trucks

- 6.5–7.5 m tray

About You

- A friendly and professional attitude with a strong customer‑first mindset.
- A reliable work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.




- At least 1 year of experience in transport, courier, or delivery work (preferred).
- Excellent time management, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- A focus on safety, compliance, and following delivery procedures.

To Get Started – Eligibility

- A full Australian driver's licence suitable for the vehicle being operated.
- A valid ABN registered business.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Public Liability Insurance (10 million minimum cover).
- Workers Compensation Insurance (where applicable).
- A suitable vehicle that meets the requirements for the selected role.

Payment

All positions operate under an à‑per‑delivery (drop‑rate) payment model.
