Ultimate Health Greystanes, an esteemed allied health company, is seeking an exceptional individual to join our team of 12 talented Speech Pathologists. - Flexible working hours: Monday–Friday 9am–7pm and Saturday 8am–2pm, with hours that cater to personal needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide evidence-based speech pathology interventions to clients of all ages.




- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide therapy services to clients with various communication and swallowing disorders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.
- Stay informed about the latest research and developments in the field of speech pathology.

Qualifications and Skills

- Degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) or eligibility for registration.
- Experience in working with clients across the lifespan and a range of communication and swallowing disorders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
