Swissotel Sydney is currently seeking to recruit for a Full Time Housekeeping Superstar to join our team as Housekeeping coordinator.
About the role
- Allocate daily staff work sheets using both HubOS and Opera Cloud.
- Update with Supervisors and staff regarding room status and maintenance requirement using Opera Cloud and internal systems.
- Manage and control Lost Property
- Answer all calls into department in a courteous manner. Respond to all enquiries professionally and endeavour to resolve all guest queries in a timely manner.
- Manage and resolve all minor guest complaint as per hotel policy and within the coordinator delegation of authority
- HIGA Level 4 $29.45/hour + applicable loadings
