Our client operates a long-standing, high-performing prestige dealership in Melbourne's inner-east, with new car sales, in-house finance and aftercare all on site. Used cars run as a unique operation within the business, supported by its own dedicated sales team — a different model to most single-franchise sites, and one that's about to grow.

The next phase is growth across new and used, plus standing up a wholesale arm alongside the retail used car business.

This is a genuinely hands-on GSM role reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, with used cars and aftercare sitting under the position. It calls for someone who wants to build, not maintain.
