With continued growth across Queensland, the Brisbane team is expanding to support a strong pipeline of work. Project Managers play a key role in leading successful project outcomes while helping strengthen long-term client relationships across the region.

The Gig

As the Project Manager, you'll take ownership of utilities infrastructure projects, leading delivery from early planning and procurement through to construction and handover.

Based in Brisbane, you'll have the autonomy to lead your projects while working closely with an experienced leadership team. You'll coordinate engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure delivery remains aligned to programme, budget, quality,



and project objectives from start to finish.

No two days will look the same. One day you'll be working through design coordination and procurement strategies, the next you'll be on site resolving delivery challenges or meeting with clients to keep projects progressing. It's a role that balances commercial thinking with practical leadership.

Commercial performance and successful project delivery sits at its core. Your ability to balance people, programme, cost, risk, and client expectations will ultimately determine project success.

You’ll be trusted with:

- Managing delivery of civil infrastructure projects across water and utilities works
- Leading Design & Construct water and utilities infrastructure projects from commencement to completion
- Managing project budgets, forecasting, cost control, variations, and commercial performance
- Driving project programmes, construction methodologies, and critical project milestones
- Leading engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and delivery teams across all project stages
- Managing procurement activities to support programme, budget, and delivery objectives
- Building strong client relationships and maintaining effective stakeholder communication throughout delivery




- Monitoring project risks and implementing practical mitigation strategies where required
- Ensuring safety, environmental, quality, and contractual obligations are consistently achieved
- Providing commercial, financial, and project performance reporting to senior leadership
- Building long-term client relationships that support repeat work and future opportunities

What’s in your toolbox?

- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Civil Engineering degree or equivalent tertiary qualification
- Proven Project Management experience delivering utility infrastructure projects
- Strong background across water, utilities, or pipeline infrastructure projects
- Experience delivering Design & Construct projects from planning through to completion
- Strong commercial capability across contracts, forecasting, budgets, and financial performance
- Confident leadership with the ability to build strong client and project team relationship
