Guma Warnii Resources is working with our client to fill a Kalgoorlie based Coordinator, District Work Planning role. Short term contract through to January 2027, local, no FIFO, home every night.

About the role:
Good planning gives people direction and helps them cope with change. In this role your work helps shape a safer setting for everyone across the district. It is a genuine step into a lead position, blending office work with field time, and building real relationships with operations teams, support services and contractors.

What the role will involve:

- Plan safe work for medium and high risk operations and maintenance tasks
- Build Safe Work Packs with on site validation and safety observations




- Review and improve maintenance plans through feedback and data
- Support contractor management, minor projects and permit approvals
- Meet with teams to understand worksites and high risk activities

What you will bring:

- Full Australian work rights, essential
- Experience in field work scheduling, planning or management
- Confident with Maximo, SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Full driver licence and availability for 7:00am debriefs
- Understanding of water assets is highly regarded

This is a contract role through to January 2027.
