Atlas Partners is exclusively representing a private, integrated property investment and development group with a substantial and growing footprint across Melbourne's residential, commercial, and land development sectors. Operating across multiple related entities, spanning land sales, project management, and construction delivery, this group manages a significant asset base and an active development pipeline running into the hundreds of millions of dollars.

This is a genuine opportunity to join a lean, high-growth finance function as its second hire. You won't be joining an established team with layers of support, you'll be building alongside the current function, which means we need someone who is highly self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of owning their workload with minimal oversight from day one.

The role:

- Full-function Assistant Accountant duties across a multi-entity structure, including trust account reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable,



and month-end support
- Exposure to real estate trust accounting, commissions, and property management ledgers alongside broader group finance tasks
- Direct line of sight to senior leadership, this is not a role where you'll be buried in process; you'll be shaping it
- Genuine scope to grow as the group's finance function scales
- Support accounts payable/receivable across property management and upkeep, including supplier and contractor invoicing

About you:

- Solid fundamentals in reconciliations and multi-entity bookkeeping
- Prior exposure to property, real estate, or construction sector accounting highly regarded
- Trust account experience a robust advantage
- Genuinely independent operator, someone who thrives with autonomy, rather than needing a structured team around them
