Are you an organised, proactive administrator with a passion for real estate? A well-established and growing real estate agency in Brisbane is looking for a Sales Administrator to support a high-performing sales team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the backbone of a successful sales operation.
About the Role You’ll be responsible for providing end-to-end administrative support to the sales team, ensuring all campaigns, contracts and processes run smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing contracts of sale, Form 6s and sales documentation
- Managing listings from start to settlement
- Coordinating marketing campaigns (online, print & signboards)
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and internal teams
- Database management (CRM) and file compliance
- General office and sales support as required
About You
- Previous experience in real estate administration or sales support (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
- Comfortable using real estate CRMs and Microsoft Office
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- QLD Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)
