- Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and quality standards to maintain a secure and productive work setting.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Manage site resources efficiently, including materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Communicate regularly with clients,



providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
- Solid understanding of health and safety practices and procedures.
- Degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Current construction induction card (White Card) and relevant certifications are advantageous.
