Key responsibilities include:





- Managing a portfolio of residential investment properties
- Building solid relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance, inspections, and lease renewals
- Providing expert advice to clients on asset performance
- Working closely with a professional, data-driven team

About you:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with cloud-based systems
- Proactive, skilled, and team-oriented
