We're looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to join a market-leading retailer and drive the continuous delivery of strategic digital initiatives across eCommerce, websites, loyalty and omni-channel experiences. Working at the heart of a large-scale digital transformation, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer journeys, enhance digital capabilities, and help shape the future of the retailer's online and omni-channel experience.

You'll lead the continuous delivery of customer-facing digital initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless online experiences, optimise digital platforms, and support the retailer's ongoing digital evolution.

Responsibilities

- Project Management: Take ownership of end-to-end delivery outcomes, ensuring initiatives are planned, executed and delivered successfully.
- Scrum Mastery: Foster a high-performing Agile environment by keeping work flowing, removing impediments and enabling teams to deliver at pace.
- Coaching & Mentoring: Champion continuous improvement by coaching teams, embedding Agile best practices and driving a culture of collaboration, learning and delivery excellence.
- Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, ensuring initiatives are effectively planned, prioritised, sequenced and successfully delivered.
- Drive a strong delivery culture by keeping teams focused on completing high-value work and achieving measurable outcomes.
- Proactively identify delivery challenges, challenge the status quo where required, and implement solutions to keep initiatives on track.
- Partner closely with Product, Business, Technology Leads and cross-functional teams to shape and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Manage delivery flow by removing blockers, coordinating dependencies, mitigating risks and making informed trade-off decisions to maintain momentum.
- Foster high-performing,



collaborative teams that are aligned around shared objectives and successful delivery outcomes.
- Lead delivery across multiple cross-functional squads, ensuring alignment, communication and execution across concurrent initiatives.
- Champion effective delivery practices, frameworks and tools that provide clarity, transparency and predictable outcomes throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Key Relationships

- Product Managers & Business Analysts: Partner to prioritise initiatives, refine requirements and maintain a healthy, well-sequenced product backlog.
- Technical Leads: Collaborate to build high-performing teams, foster a strong engineering culture and enable successful delivery outcomes.
- Business Stakeholders: Provide clear communication, delivery transparency and confidence through regular updates, alignment and proactive stakeholder management.
- External Partners & Third Parties: Coordinate delivery against a shared plan, manage cross-team dependencies and remove barriers to successful execution.
- Program Lead: Work closely to optimise program flow, improve ways of working and support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the broader program.

What you'll do

- Lead delivery of omni-channel initiatives from ready to done, ensuring strong execution, explicit sequencing, and predictable outcomes
- Drive day-to-day execution with a focus on flow and finishing work
- Coach teams to break work into clear vertical slices
- Manage capacity, sequencing, risks, issues, and dependencies with clear visibility
- Facilitate practical, outcome-driven ceremonies that enable progress and problem solving
- Foster a one-team mindset across Dev, QA, BA, and Product. To deliver outcomes together
- Take accountability for delivery outcomes, ensure commitments are met with no surprises

Nice to have

- Experience in eCommerce / omni-channel / digital environments
- Exposure to AWS and DevOps practices
