We're on the lookout for an experienced flexographic printing operator to join an Australian owned print company specialising in a range of UV resistant and industrial packaging products. If you know your way around a flexo press and want to work in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne, then read on.
The Role
You'll be running a fleet of 4 & 8 colour stack flexo presses, producing high-quality print work to tight standards. This is a hands-on operator role for someone who takes pride in their setups, colour, and finished product.
The Roster
- 12-hour shifts, 4 shifts per week (12 x 4)
- Rotating days and nights: 4 weeks on days, 4 weeks on nights
- Permanent day shift also available if that suits you better
- $40–$42 per hour depending on experience
- Night shifts attract a 30% loading
What we're after
- Proven experience operating flexo presses
- Robust eye for print quality and colour
- Reliable, safety-focused, and happy to work a rotating roster
- Able to work independently and keep production moving
