Reporting to our CFO, you’ll provide high-quality support that helps leaders and teams stay focused on what matters most. You’ll be a key connector across priorities, people, and business rhythms.
- Manage a complex calendar, priorities and changing business demands
- Coordinate travel, briefings, meetings and team logistics
- Prepare presentations, board reports and executive-ready documentation
- Build strong relationships across executives, stakeholders and teams
- Support projects, events and initiatives with proactive coordination
- Monitor actions and deadlines to keep priorities on track
