Southern Cross Care WA is seeking an Admissions Customer Service Administrator for a 12-month maternity leave cover, based in Rivervale. The role is full time and involves being the first point of contact for admissions inquiries, handling calls and waiting lists, and gathering pre-admission documents.
You will support the Residential Admissions Team and liaise with Facility Managers to assess resident suitability, ensuring high-quality administrative service across our WA facilities.
