Pantoro Gold is seeking Graduate Geologists to join our team at the Norseman Gold Project, one of Australia's most prolific and longest producing gold districts. Located within the world renowned Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia, the Norseman region has produced millions of ounces of gold and continues to deliver exciting exploration and development opportunities.

Reporting to a Senior Mine Geologist, you will play an important role in supporting production, resource development and exploration drilling programs while building practical skills in a dynamic mining environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Geologist, you will:

- Collect and record daily production and drilling data.
- Assist with the supervision of drilling programs.
- Log geological drill samples and mark up sampling intervals.
- Generate geological maps, plans and cross‑sections.
- Collate, analyse and present geological data.
- Complete geotechnical and geological mapping activities.




- Maintain grade control standards, quality assurance processes and sampling protocols.
- Support production, mining and exploration activities as directed.
- Contribute to safe and efficient operational outcomes across the project.

About You

We're looking for an enthusiastic graduate who is eager to learn, develop and make a meaningful contribution.

To be successful, you will have:

- A Bachelor of Science (Geology) or equivalent qualification.
- A genuine passion for geology and the mining industry.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
- A current Manual Driver's Licence.
- Vacation work, internships or other industry exposure.
- Previous experience in mining, exploration or resource sectors.
- Understanding of geological software and data management systems.
