Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to deliver meaningful infrastructure, engineering and capital works projects that support one of Western Australia's most important trade gateways?

Based in Fremantle, the role also requires a presence at Kwinana Bulk Terminal and Kwinana Bulk Jetty as required.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of capital works, engineering development and complex maintenance projects
- Develop project scopes, specifications, business cases and tender documentation
- Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, quality and stakeholder expectations
- Coordinate procurement activities and oversee engineering and construction contractors
- Prepare project management documentation including delivery plans, schedules and closure reports
- Monitor project performance and provide accurate reporting on cost, progress, quality and risk
- Drive a strong focus on safety, environmental compliance and risk management
- Build productive relationships with internal stakeholders, customers,



contractors and external partners
- Promote project management best practice and support effective governance and decision making

What Makes You a Excellent Fit

- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience managing engineering, construction, infrastructure or capital works projects
- Strong understanding of project management frameworks, methodologies and project delivery principles
- Proven capability in project controls, budgeting, scheduling, risk management and change management
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Ability to influence, negotiate and drive outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups
- Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
