JWS Industries is seeking experienced Shutdown Supervisors to lead shutdown activities at Talison Lithium, Greenbushes.

About the Role

As a Shutdown Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading crusher maintenance crews to ensure shutdown activities are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supervising crusher maintenance crews on site
- Promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture
- Coordinating daily work activities and shutdown schedules
- Ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to client specifications
- Leading pre-start meetings and toolbox talks
- Monitoring work quality, productivity and workforce performance
- Liaising with site representatives and JWS Industries management
- Mentoring and supporting tradespeople and Trade Assistants
- Ensuring compliance with site procedures, statutory requirements and safety standards

About You

To be successful in these roles, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience supervising shutdown or maintenance crews within the mining industry
- Section 26 Statutory Supervisor certification (mandatory)
- Current High Risk Work Licence (where applicable)
- Current Confined Space Entry and Working at Heights certifications Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Solid leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Sound knowledge of safe work practices, risk management and shutdown execution
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
