We're preparing to launch OBSIDION - the future brand for our established mortgage broking business, built on more than 30 years of DPN.

This isn't a startup. It's an established, high-performing lending business entering its next phase of growth. As we evolve, we're investing in smarter systems, AI, stronger partnerships and exceptional people to build one of Australia's most respected lending businesses.

We're looking for an experienced broking leader who still loves the craft of lending but is equally excited by building teams, improving businesses and shaping the future.

You'll lead an established team of brokers and offshore support, mentor others through complex lending, strengthen lender and referral relationships, improve commercial performance and help drive the next chapter of our business.

Technology will play an increasingly important role in broking. You don't need to be a technical expert, but you should be curious,



adaptable and confident embracing AI, automation and better ways of working while protecting the judgement and relationships that great broking is built on.

You’ll bring

- 5+ years' mortgage broking experience
- Leadership experience across brokers and/or support teams
- Solid residential, investment and complex lending expertise
- Current lender accreditations (MFAA/FBAA highly regarded)
- Commercial judgement, client focus and a growth mindset
- Curiosity for technology and continuous improvement
