We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team in Townsville, QLD. In this role, you will be responsible for optimising manufacturing processes and ensuring efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles and a passion for continuous improvement, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities:

- Analyse and optimise existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop and implement process control strategies to enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process failures and develop corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to process changes and improvements.




- Train and support production staff on current processes and technologies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess process performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in process engineering or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in process simulation and optimisation software.
