Reporting to the Head of People Analytics & Governance, you'll take ownership of end-to-end injury management, workers compensation claims, return-to-work programs, and employee wellbeing initiatives across our national business. This is a role where you'll collaborate closely with leaders, employees, healthcare professionals, rehabilitation providers and insurers to achieve positive outcomes while ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. You'll play a key role in supporting injured team members through recovery, enabling safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes, driving early intervention strategies, and contributing to a culture where safety,



wellbeing and care for our people remain a priority.Key responsibilities include:Managing workplace and non-work-related injury and illness cases from initial notification through to resolutionDeveloping, implementing and monitoring Suitable Duties Plans and return-to-work programsSupporting injured employees, managers and stakeholders throughout the injury management processManaging Workers Compensation and WorkCover claims, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and timeframesActing as the primary liaison with insurers, rehabilitation providers, medical practitioners and other external stakeholdersDriving early intervention strategies to support recovery and minimise claim duration and costsMaintaining accurate injury, incident and claims documentation, records and reportingMonitoring and reporting on injury trends, claim performance and premium impactsDesigning, coordinating and continuously improving employee wellness and wellbeing initiativesProviding coaching and guidance to leaders on injury management, return-to-work obligations and best-practice approachesContributing to the review and enhancement of injury management, return-to-work and WHS policies and proceduresWhat we’re Looking ForWe're seeking a proactive and compassionate injury management professional who can balance employee wellbeing with operational and legislative requirements. You'll be a solid relationship builder who is confident managing multiple stakeholders and navigating complex cases with empathy and professionalism.You'll bring:Experience in injury management,
