Seers Digital is seeking expressions of interest from experienced Senior Legacy Engineers with strong expertise across VB6, Oracle Reports and document generation platforms. This role will focus on the analysis of legacy application components and reporting environments to support system assessment, modernisation and transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

- Analyse legacy VB6 application components
- Review Oracle Reports and document generation platforms
- Develop inventories of reports, letters, templates and related components
- Identify obsolete, duplicated or inefficient components
- Assess technical dependencies and risks within legacy environments
- Document findings and provide clear recommendations to project stakeholders
- Support broader modernisation and transformation planning
- Collaborate with technical and business teams throughout delivery

About you

You will ideally bring:





- 15+ years of experience working with VB6 and legacy application environments
- Strong experience with Oracle Reports
- Experience with report, letter and document generation platforms
- Proven capability in legacy component analysis
- Experience developing report and template inventories
- The ability to identify obsolete and inefficient components
- Robust analytical and documentation skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
