About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at David Buttfield Centre, you’ll deliver person‑centred, evidence‑based care that supports the physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing of our residents. You’ll lead clinical assessments, develop and review care plans, respond to changing care needs, and guide Enrolled Nurses and Care Partners in best practice care delivery.

You’ll work closely with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team to ensure every individual receives safe, high‑quality care. This casual role is ideal for someone who enjoys flexibility, variety and meaningful connection with older Australians.

About You

You’re a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse who brings clinical expertise and a genuine commitment to person‑centred care. You offer:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

- Strong clinical assessment, planning and decision‑making skills

- Experience in aged care or health care settings

- Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, ANACC and relevant legislation

- Confidence leading and supporting multidisciplinary teams

- Excellent communication skills and proficiency with clinical systems

- Empathy, respect and a customer‑centric approach to care

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work flexibly across shifts
