Introduction

Bellevue Gold Limited (ASX:BGL) operates its 100% owned high-grade Bellevue gold mine in Western Australia. The Bellevue mine has a long mine life and is forecast to produce ~150,000 Au ounces a year.

Underground mining has occurred since late 2020 to establish multiple mining fronts that de-risks production with exploration in progress to expand the current high-grade resource.

The Bellevue Gold Mine is located approximately 30km north of Leinster township and sits in a major gold, lithium and nickel producing district. The Company has a highly skilled management team with a track record of exploration success and operating major gold mines.

Bellevue Gold has achieved its ambitious goal of net zero greenhouse gas emissions for the Bellevue Gold Project. This milestone has been underpinned by a sector-leading renewable energy power station, designed to deliver approximately 80–90% renewable energy penetration and support Bellevue’s position as a low-carbon gold producer.

Description

The Graduate Geotechnical Engineer is responsible for developing, maintaining and advancing our geotechnical systems and processes and providing key inputs to the planning team to deliver a robust mine plan safely, efficiently and cost effectively.





This role is permanent full time and is based on site on an 8/6 roster.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Ensure compliance of Geotechnical considerations as per the Mines Safety and Inspection Regulations.
- Demonstrate personal commitment to company safety standards and actively contribute to initiatives that improve workplace safety, productivity, and operational performance.
- Support the monitoring and reporting of geotechnical hazards across underground mining operations.
- Conduct regular underground inspections under the guidance of the senior /geotechnical engineer, to assess ground conditions and ensure adherence to ground support standards.
- Assist in the collection and interpretation of geotechnical data, including structural mapping, core logging, stress damage mapping, and geotechnical domains definition.
- Maintain and validate geotechnical databases through ongoing data collection, quality control, and data analysis to support geotechnical models.
- Assist with the analysis and review of mine designs using empirical and numerical modelling techniques to provide geotechnical input to mine planning and production teams.
- Assist with the design and optimisation of ground support systems using recognised empirical and numerical design methodologies.
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and operation of geotechnical monitoring systems, including recording,



analysing, and reporting monitoring data.
- Support the maintenance and ongoing improvement of site seismic monitoring systems and assist with the interpretation of seismic data.
- Participate in geotechnical investigations, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives to develop professional competency and contribute to site performance.

Skills And Experiences

Key Skills/Qualifications/Experience/Competencies:

- Tertiary qualifications in Geotechnical Engineering, Geological Engineering, Civil Engineering or Mining Engineering.
- Ability to collect, analyse and interpret geotechnical and monitoring data.
- Commitment to safety, quality and teamwork.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Current C class WA drivers licence.
- Ability to work autonomously with well-developed time management skills.
- Good interpersonal communication, literacy, numeracy and presentation skills.
- Outstanding analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
