This is a genuinely attractive opportunity for an Associate Dentist looking to build a strong, sustainable book of patients. A well-established two-chair practice in Perth's southern coastal region has more patient demand than its current dentists can meet, and is looking to bring on an additional associate to take up the overflow.

The practice already supports two dentists, a hygienist and a prosthetist, giving you access to established referral pathways for hygiene, prosthetic and specialist work from day one. Combined with a recently modernised, fully digital clinic, this is a well-set-up environment for a dentist wanting to grow their earnings quickly.

The role starts at two days a week on a flexible weekday basis, with a clear path to additional days as your book builds. Remuneration is structured on a competitive commission basis, reflecting experience and production.

Location
The practice is based within the City of Rockingham, part of Perth's southern coastal corridor around 50 kilometres from the CBD,



an area experiencing steady population growth and rising patient demand.

The wider region spans from Rockingham through to Mandurah, giving the practice a large and expanding catchment to draw new patients from.

About You
You are an experienced Associate Dentist motivated to build a strong, high-earning book and comfortable working at pace in a busy practice. You value having referral pathways and support staff around you rather than managing every aspect of treatment alone.

This role will suit a commercially minded clinician who wants their earning potential to reflect genuine demand, in a practice actively growing its team to match patient numbers.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality general dentistry to a growing, well-established patient base
- Make full use of in-house referral pathways for hygiene and prosthetic care
- Utilise digital technology including CBCT imaging and intraoral scanning
- Manage a busy appointment book while maintaining excellent patient care
- Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team
- Maintain high clinical, ethical and professional standards
