This is a strong earning opportunity for an experienced Associate Dentist ready to take on a busy, well-managed patient book in Perth's south-east. Part of a small, established dental group, the practice has built a loyal patient base over many years, providing consistent, productive clinical days.

Remuneration is commission-based, reflecting genuine earning potential for a dentist who can deliver efficient, high-quality care. An in office dental laboratory and in-house 3D imaging and printing keep case turnaround fast, so your time is spent chairside rather than waiting on outside providers.

The current caseload includes a steady flow of surgical work, particularly extractions and wisdom teeth, making this a good fit for a dentist keen to build on surgical experience or already confident in this area.

About You
You're an experienced dentist with a track record of efficient, high-quality clinical work, comfortable managing a productive book and confident with surgical procedures including extractions. Implant experience is welcomed but not essential.

You're motivated by genuine earning potential and want a role where consistent patient demand translates directly into a rewarding, productive schedule.

Key Responsibilities
