Opportunity:
An opportunity has opened for an experienced Associate Dentist to join a well-established family practice in South East Perth working autonomously in a modern, two-chair clinic equipped with CBCT and digital scanning.

You'll be joining a supportive clinical team, including a visiting associate who handles complex surgical cases such as impacted wisdom teeth, so you can focus your time on general and restorative dentistry with the backup you need for the more complex referrals.

The role begins with one day a week and is genuinely structured to grow, with an additional session likely to follow as the patient book builds. It's a practice that invests in its clinicians for the long term, rather than filling a roster gap.

with easy road access into Perth via Tonkin and Roe Highways, making it a practical and pleasant base for a clinician who wants suburban ease without sacrificing connectivity to the city.

About You:
You are a general dentist who is comfortable across a broad case mix, from routine exams and hygiene through to more complex restorative work. You are confident working independently in a two-chair clinic and enjoy the variety that comes with a genuine family practice.

This role will suit a clinician who wants to build a caseload gradually, values a supportive, well-equipped environment, and is open to growing their days as patient demand increases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver general dentistry including exams, hygiene and restorative work
- Build and manage a growing patient caseload as demand increases
- Utilise CBCT and digital scanning technology in day-to-day treatment planning
- Provide root canal, aligner, orthodontic and implant treatment where appropriate
- Work collaboratively with the wider clinical and support team
- Maintain high clinical, ethical and professional standards
