Job Description
Pezzano Enterprises Pty Ltd ICT Systems Support Officer ANZSCO: 313112 – ICT Customer Support Officer Full-time / Permanent $80,000 – $85,000 (higher salary will be considered commensurate with qualifications and experience) Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide timely technical support to employees across Pezzano Enterprises’ wholesale, warehousing, administration, sales and distribution operations.
- Investigate, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and user-access issues affecting computers, mobile devices, printers, scanners, label printers and other operational ICT equipment.
- Support the reliable operation of business systems used for inventory control, order processing, purchasing, invoicing, customer accounts, warehouse management and delivery coordination.
- Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications, email, shared drives, cloud-based platforms and other business software used throughout the company.
- Install, configure, test and maintain computers, peripheral devices, operating systems and approved software in accordance with company requirements.
- Create and maintain employee user accounts, system permissions and access controls, ensuring staff have appropriate and secure access to business applications and information.
- Monitor ICT support requests, prioritise operationally critical incidents and escalate complex technical issues to external service providers or software vendors when required.
- Liaise with third-party ICT providers, telecommunications companies and software vendors to coordinate troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades and technical support.
- Support warehouse and distribution technologies, including barcode scanners, stock-control devices, label-printing equipment and network-connected systems used in day-to-day operations.
- Identify recurring technical problems, analyse their causes and recommend practical solutions to improve system reliability, efficiency and user experience.
- Assist with system updates, software deployments, hardware replacements and the introduction of new ICT solutions while minimising disruption to business operations.
- Perform routine checks of network connectivity, workstations, printers, security software and backup processes, and promptly report identified risks or failures.
- Apply company cybersecurity procedures, including password controls, multi-factor authentication, antivirus protection, software patching and safe handling of commercially sensitive information.
- Provide guidance and basic training to employees on business systems, ICT equipment,
cybersecurity awareness and appropriate technology use.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests, equipment assignments, software licences, system configurations, troubleshooting activities and completed repairs.
- Prepare and update user guides, technical instructions, standard operating procedures and internal ICT documentation.
- Assist with maintaining an accurate register of ICT assets and coordinate the secure setup, allocation, transfer and disposal of equipment.
- Work in a disciplined and structured manner, following documented ICT procedures, privacy requirements, workplace safety obligations and company policies.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail when diagnosing technical issues, recording system information and implementing changes across operational systems.
- Contribute positively to team culture by communicating clearly with employees, responding professionally to support requests and assisting colleagues during high-volume operational periods.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology, ICT Support, Networking, Computer Systems or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum 1-year recent experience in an ICT customer support, help-desk or technical support environment.
- At least three years of relevant experience and/or relevant vendor certification may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above
Butcher (ANZSCO: 351211 - Butcher or Smallgoods Maker) Full-time / Permanent $80,000 – $85,000 (higher salary will be considered commensurate to qualifications and experience) Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and contribute to gourmet butcher recipe development including value-added and ready-to-cook product lines such as marinated cuts, stuffed roasts, house-made sausages and specialty trims.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of supermarket and retail cut specifications ensuring consistency in portion control, trimming standards, product presentation and yield optimisation across wholesale supply.
- Develop and execute value-added meat preparations designed to enhance product range, customer appeal and overall profitability within commercial distribution channels.
- Select, bone, trim and portion carcasses in accordance with wholesale production requirements and established company quality standards.
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety legislation,
HACCP principles and cold-chain handling requirements during all preparation activities.
- Maintain a clean, organised and structured work environment reflecting professional butchery and commercial production standards at all times.
- Display exceptional attention to detail in trimming, portioning, labelling and packaging to ensure accuracy and presentation consistency.
- Monitor stock levels, manage product rotation and minimise waste through effective yield control practices.
- Demonstrate diligence and solid observational skills to identify quality defects, spoilage risks or inconsistencies in product specifications.
- Work in a disciplined and structured manner following documented production systems, operational procedures and workplace safety protocols.
- Contribute positively to team culture by supporting colleagues during high-volume production and meeting strict delivery schedules.
- Assist in promoting products through professional presentation initiatives including showcasing specialty cuts and seasonal value-added items when required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certificate III in Meat Processing or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1-year recent experience in commercial butchery or processing environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and meat handling regulations.
Heavy Rigid Truck Driver (ANZSCO: 733111 - Truck Driver (General)) Full-time / Permanent $80,000 – $85,000 (higher salary will be considered commensurate to qualifications and experience) Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive Heavy Rigid trucks and trailers transporting fresh food products across Western Australia.
- Operate vehicles in accordance with fatigue management and heavy vehicle compliance regulations.
- Transport temperature-sensitive food products requiring strict just-in-time delivery schedules.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and record defects accurately.
- Load and unload cargo safely while ensuring product integrity is maintained.
- Secure loads using straps, chains and approved restraint systems correctly.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Report mechanical faults, safety concerns or incidents promptly to dispatch.
- Plan and adjust delivery routes using maps and satellite tracking systems.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure equipment remains in safe working condition.
Qualifications and Experience:
- AQF Certificate II or III preferred.
- Valid Australian HR Licence.
- Minimum 1-year recent heavy vehicle driving experience.
- Fatigue Management Certificate required.
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing and medical assessment.
